Fun! Yes I know this sounds a little abstract when we are working with trauma, negative experiences and limiting beliefs. However, having fun throughout the sessions is important too. It doesn’t all have to be tears and tissues!

THE PRACTICAL GUIDE TO OUR SESSIONS
We will join together on Zoom for our 1-hour video call.
I ask that you allow an extra half an hour after the session to rest and relax.
A follow up email will be sent after our Zoom session with an outline of the details of the session and any action steps that we have agreed on.
Action steps (Homeplay) for you to complete after the call. This in my opinion is essential for you to commit to some small action steps in-between sessions that will help continue the work we have done.
Don’t worry I try to make the action steps as fun and as quick to do as possible!
